Nasal Cleansing
I was wondering why I live in America and can't buy penicillin if I have a sinus infection. Why can I buy cigarettes and gasoline and poison, but not penicillin? That doesn't seem like freedom. To ease my frustration in my American prison I started practicing yoga. Neti is a form of yoga where you pour warm salt water in one nostril and it comes out the other. It's kind of gross, but at least I can breath.
